Support Packages

Net9Design offer a range of cost effective maintenance packages for all customers, aimed at offering the reassurance and guarantee that if you need work on your site or something goes wrong, we can offer the superior level of support that we pride ourselves on to all customers.

These packages are designed with our customers in mind, offering a wealth of benefits and extras that help to keep our customers online and working effectively.

Although we do offer full support for all customers, the maintenance packages allow us to offer a high level of customer care and service to all customers, and at the same time offer a range of extra benefits and rewards for working with us.

Gold Support

Our Gold Maintenance package is charged at £300 a month and offers:

  • Daily Back Up Of Website
  • 6 Hour Of Website Maintenance / Work (If Required)
  • Phone Support *
  • Monthly Keyword Tracking Report (Up To 10 Keywords)
  • Monthly Google Analytics Report
  • WordPress “How To” Videos
  • Up To £75 FREE To Spend With Google Adwords

Extra Work Hours Charged At £40 Per Hour

Silver Support

Our Silver Maintenance package is charged at £175 a month and offers:

  • 4 Website Back Ups Per Month (Weekly)
  • 3 Hour Of Website Maintenance / Work (If Required)
  • Phone Support *
  • Monthly Google Analytics Report
  • WordPress “How To” Videos

Extra Work Hours Charged At £45 Per Hour

Bronze Support

Our Bronze Maintenance package is charged at £75 a month and offers:

  • 1 Website Back Up Per Month
  • 1 Hour Of Website Maintenance / Work (If Required)
  • Phone Support *

Extra Work Hours Charged At £45 Per Hour

All packages offer 5% discount if paid up front for a full year and all prices quoted are exclusive of VAT.

No Package

If you feel that a maintenance package is not required, then please be aware that we cannot offer the same support level and benefits as we do to our customers who take advantage of one of our packages.

All support enquiries must be logged through our Net9Design Ticket Support System. All tickets will be reviewed within 3 working hours and customers will be kept up to date regarding progress via this system. All work carried out as a result of a raised ticket in terms of website maintenance or changes will be charged at £45 an hour, but we will advise an estimated total cost with you before proceeding.

Please note, there is no phone support offered unless subscribed to one of our maintenance packages.

We encourage all customers to take a maintenance package with Net 9 Design, as we believe these offer an affordable and cost effective solution for our customers.
